japanese curry blues...
just cooked japanese curry and rice... eating them now while blogging... its 908 am now... and i am eating two large bowls or j curry... wonder why? just for the fun of it.
i prepared about 7 something... slightly before 8. dad goes to work at that time... and i peeled and slice the potato and carrots... defrost the chicken, diced the garlic and sliced the onions... 2 kinds exactly... all this in discreet. moms hate it when people uses her kitchen especially when the clothes are indoors... so i have to saute the ingredients with olive oil in a microwave oven... heh... then i boiled water and cooked the rice... and which i pour the microwaved ingredients into the water and added 2 cubes of curry blocks... wanted to add another block. fortunately i didn't. it turns out well but i was hoping it would be spicier... but it turns out this box that i bought last night didn't turn up to my expectations. sigh~
yesterday, i saw him... had a feeling that i would see him and i did.
