post metamorphosis
its been years ever i've since been so dreamy after a camp... i know i've attended many camps... but that doesn't makes me a knowledgeable camper... i've still yet to camp in a jungle...
camp song is 'Now that You're Near'...
meta camp II was great... the people were great too... CG25 consist of Manson(CGL), Samuel Tan, Elijah, Ronald and Jinming... while the girls are Xiuyu(ACGL), Cheryl, May, Valeria, Ann, Calyn and me... they are great people to hang out with... We did not share nor hang around much for the first few days... the last few days were the time where we really crap around together... we exchanged christmas presents and i received an album... we toast "Bless You/Us" and we took funny pictures together... with me around... the pictures were never normal... yeah... we really had a great time together...
the conferences were great too... my ministry equipping is 'man in the gap' and my workshop is 'spiritual leadership'... By God's divine will or something, all my lessons clashes with that of samuels... i only sat with him during the workshop 'spiritual leadership'... its really funny when you're attending a leadership class with your church youth director... a worship leader and a leader! hmm... whatever it is... all the lessons were great... i've been ministered...
the worship is real incredible... i must say... its excellent... the forerunners... the combined campus worship team... everything... i've never really been so jumpy and worshipping God freely for a long long time... Amen! oh... sam played the drums and he was great too...
there are two celebrations... one is the fiesta aniens a ton cubicule pis tu te dis, calis de party de bureau, c'est juste de l'estie de teasing!!!!!!!!!
Exacts, les partys de bureau sont souvent du teasing profond et sale.
Entk, jusqu'à preuve du contraire je pense qu'il est primordial d'encadrer les partys de bureau par d'autres moyens de façon à forger une dynamique d'équipe intéressante. Bref, c'est comme de menées une campagne marketing auprès de ses employés.
Cependant, après avoir parlé des définitions et des problèmes des partys de bureau, il faut dire qu'a la base le problème est au niveau de la stratégie de l'entreprise dicte par le directeur général. Si lui il a rien n’a foutre de ses employés et que jamais il ne dépensera pour ses moutons de travail.... bien on verra alors le syndrome des partys de Noël se développer.
Bref, les meilleurs partys resteront ceux des entreprises ou les boss ne sont pas des machines à fouetter, mais plutôt des coachs, des motivateurs... hummm des humains !
